Returns Policy

If your item is not a perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping item(s) back to Bahnuk.

Please contact Bahnuk in advance to receive a return authorization number and return instructions. Items returned without an authorisation number will not be accepted.

Returns must be prepaid in its original packaging; uninstalled, unused, unaltered, free of dust or damage. A 10% restock fee will be applied. Upon return, the item will be inspected and exchanges, credit or refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date without exception.

Bosa And Fferonne

*No returns on Bosa items as items are custom made with each order.

*No returns on Fferrone glassware due to a change of mind. 

 

Please see below instructions for Zhivago, and Mary Jane Claverol returns:

*Goods must be postmarked as sent within 30 days of receiving your Return Authorization or you will be issued a store credit.

* International orders are refunded minus shipping charge.

* Refunds will not be granted if requested after 30 days of delivery.

* Please ensure the new, unused garments/turbans are returned unworn with all tags and labels attached, along with original packaging. If the goods are returned without the Product Authenticity Tag attached or it has been tampered with in any way, your return will be rejected immediately and the item will be returned to you.

* Please do not try on the garment or Turbans while wearing heavy perfume or makeup. Please take care to avoid getting any makeup or tan on the item. If the goods are returned containing traces of makeup or tan, smells of perfume, smoke, body odors or stains, your return will be rejected.

* If your returned goods fail to meet the terms of our return policy, we will email you to inform that your return is rejected and the goods will be returned to you.
